Power of attorney covering representation in customs proceedings

A completed power of attorney signed by a person authorised to act on behalf of the principal must be provided for customs clearance through our temporary customs warehouse.  The signed power of attorney must be delivered along with an extract from the Commercial Register / www.justice.cz
