Currently, there is no customs clearance for the goods between EU and Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Should Great Britain leave the EU with an agreement, it is not sure whether the customs clearance will be required at all.
The worst-case scenario is a no-deal Brexit, when the next day Great Britain would be a third country and all shipments of goods would be subject to customs clearance.
For this case, we cooperate with customs agent Nieten Internationale Spedition, in October 2019 we obtained a permit to operate a temporary customs warehouse at our site in Vozicka Street in Tabor in CZ.
The principle is simple: every EU customer interested in customs clearance, either for import or export, will authorize Nieten to represent them in customs clearance. All customs clearance in CZ will take place at our temporary customs warehouse in Tabor.
In the case of customs clearance in Great Britain, that should be primarily provided by the British receiver or sender of the goods, we can provide contacts to British customs agents providing this service.
